Richard Hewins is a straight shooting property manager. 10/10 recommend.
TERRIBLE experience! Ana Arias would not provide the requested information pertinent to the property listed, even after daily requests. She never provided the requested documents, photos, nor contact numbers. She provided misleading and inaccurate information about the property, and was very slow to reply, when she did. The property was not as described. Phone calls and emails went unanswered, very unprofessional.
