Great Location
Pros: Stayed at GulfGate 307 for the month of February 2025. Condo is furnished nicely with all new appliances, 3 55" TV 's. King Bed in master bedroom is excellent, The view off the balcony is awsome. Nice little bar/grill with live music within 5min. walking distance down the road. Cons: You can hear the elevator operating inside the condo. Its a low humm when its being used, not really a big deal. Love this place. Spent many years in 407. Best location to anywhere. Wonderful view and nice pool. On the private side too.
We enjoyed our stay. Staff were great. We had a smoke alarm chirping and they arrived quickly to troubleshoot. Condo was clean. Furniture wasn’t great, but maybe will be upgraded in time. Only a small sandy spot to walk dogs, but at least they were pet friendly. Loved the view, but the pot-smokers really ruined the balcony time for us.
Out dated community but fairly priced. Swimming pool under an awning direct beach access. Clean and friendly
