Truthfully, I’d give our recent stay at Gulf Dreams at Waterhouse 3.5 stars (but it won’t do halves). This was our third trip to this exact condo, our first under its new management with RealJoy, and to be honest, we were disappointed in the condition of the Unit. The place is in need of attention. It is obvious that basic maintenance has been postponed, which is inexcusable for a rental at this price point. For example, the bulb is out above the master tub.
