The woman in charge of answering the Wewahitchka branch line answered with, “Hello?!” Followed by sounding inconvenienced by my questions regarding my friend’s vehicle. (Friend is in bad shape I’m ICU) VERY Rude and unprofessional!

My daughters car was towed here. She is out of state so it took 7 days to get the paperwork to pick it up. Upon arrival, on Saturday (we called and was told they were open 8am-8pm that day) we get hit with a "Saturday fee". They couldnt even find her car for 40 minutes. When they did, the car was blocked by two cars without wheels. My friend had already paid the ridiculous fees and was late to work at this point and had to get his money back.
