Was a patient of Dr. Jolson for 20+ years. Called to inquire if they still offered a service. Was advised they would need to confirm with corporate office. 2 weeks later they never got back to me. I called to follow up and was told they still didn’t know. Expressed frustration with the delay and lack of communication and was never given an apology. It’s sad that the service has gone downhill this much since GCVS acquired Joslin Eye Care. I’ll be finding another optometrist.
Everyone was really nice and they really took care of me. They were very patient while I put my contacts in, and they were also understanding of my problem with eye drops.
Great care by all staff, easily accessible, convenient, nice facility.
The service and staff are good. The problem I have is that I'm yet to be seen at the time of my appointments, no matter how early in advance of my appointment I get here. It always messes my schedule up.
You guys are awesome! We experienced the best service and I love my new glasses!
I really enjoy going to Gulf Coast Vison Center, the staff is wonderful and Dr. Reynolds was great and very pleasant. Highly recommend!
