There is one lady in this establishment who needs a lesson in customer service. My husband never complains but for him to come home and day that lady was rude and continued to be rude the entire time he was in the store, speaks volumes!!!
I highly recommend 9 mile Gulf Coast vision center! From the moment I walked in the staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. The absolute best part of my visit, was the assistance I received from Meschelle Spring. She is the licensed optician there and is so very knowledgeable and helpful. I was very unhappy with my glasses I walked in with and before I left, I was smiling and very happy. Thank you for my wonderful experience. My family and I will definitely visit your facility from now on.
the staff are very nice and helpful. the glasses are the finest quality. I got some glasses from Stanton and they were the worst. I can actually see 20/20 with these new glasses. we have good insurance but after that we were still on the hook for $180 per pair but they are worth it
I just wanted to comment on the visit I had yesterday. Laura and Martina were both very helpful when I was selecting my glasses. Laura went above and beyond to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. Great Staff at the nine mile location. Thank you for the positive experience!
Very deceitful in charges. With insurance I should've paid $240 for contact exam, lenses and copay. My bill out the door was $345. I was told the extra charge was for contact lens fitting. I did sign a consent form for the fitting but was told that the fee would be charged to my insurance co. Turns out, only 10% was covered and the "fitting" was not taking measurements of my eye. It consisted entirely upon the tech inserting samples of the new prescription strength in my eye (which he insisted he do) and the Dr. coming in to... read more
Excellent customer service!
Was a patient of Dr. Jolson for 20+ years. Called to inquire if they still offered a service. Was advised they would need to confirm with corporate office. 2 weeks later they never got back to me. I called to follow up and was told they still didn’t know. Expressed frustration with the delay and lack of communication and was never given an apology. It’s sad that the service has gone downhill this much since GCVS acquired Joslin Eye Care. I’ll be finding another optometrist.
