I donated on May 24 and the service was very good. Beckie was attentive and friendly. I would appreciate if The Blood Center would consider locating a facility in Huntsville. I live in Trinity, Texas and it is a 50 mile drive to Conroe. I moved here from Florida where I donated platelets about every two weeks but the drive to Conroe eliminates that option.

I loved the atmosphere there, the beds are very comfortable and my phlebotomist was extremely patient , caring and friendly. I got in and out very quickly for my unscheduled blood donation. And the hoodie i received is so nice!!
People are super duper friendly and made us feel right at home!!!! And it was soo easy!!!!!
