I go there all the time and I can not say enough good things about the staff!! They always crack me up and Toni is the bomb!!!
Great staff! Processes are well established and followed. Create an online Digital Donor account and use CDF Express to reduce your check-in time. Schedule your appts online too. You still must drive to the center to donate though. Hah ha.
The Blood Center in The Woodlands is an excellent facility. The staff are all nice and very experienced. I plan to return to this facility to give future donations.
Smiling, friendly staff. Always professional and courteous. They make donating a simple and fast process.
They talked me through the entire process of platelet donating which was really awesome and totally unexpected. They are super friendly and are always checking on you to make sure you are comfortable. I went to the Conroe Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center before coming to this one and I'll definitely be coming back to this one whenever I donate again (which will be often). I would definitely recommend someone to go there if they choose to donate.
The staff was so amazing and sweet! I really enjoyed my time donating and getting to chat with the staff.
