Being that I go there as often as I can yesterday I asked someone to be the one that put the needle in and she happily accepted and every time she's done it I've never felt that needle go in or out I'm very happy I'll see them back in 2 months.
The staff there was very knowledgeable and helpful, they made me feel great about donating for my first time. I donated blood and platelets, seeing as i was a good candidate for it, they said. I have read reviews about rude Indian ladies there and my lady who did my procedure was very kind! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. I will be going back soon for another donation.
The Blood Center has the most amazing staff that make you laugh and feel comfortable. I'm a regular!
Technical difficulties with the computer system but they switched over to Manuel and took care of us. All friendly the whole time. � Big T
Great staff! Kind, considerate, caring. They are extremely accommodating.
I went to donate blood yesterday. The staff was kind and friendly. Made my fiest time donating less scary �. Rockie was my screener, Natalie was my phleotomist, and Dr. Manjubi (I hope i spelled her name right �) was the attending physician. The staff constantly checked to make sure i was okay. I was there for about 1 hour 30 minutes. It was a nice experience and i will be back �
