Service was excellent besides not being greeted when I came in. I signed in a sat for a little while before they acknowledged me and they overlooked that I had a reservation. Why 5 stars? The staff was so friendly. They called me by name and told me thanks by name on my way out. They open d my drink and cookies for me. They educated me on what type of patients would be getting my blood!!! Several of them checked on me while I was there. They were personable in other ways too.
