We just bought a house next to one of this companies rental properties. There was a storm damaged tree down on the fence line when we bought our home. $2500 later, tree is gone ( legally could have stumped it) and the "home owner" is refusing to fix the fence. The previous tenant moved because they had to board their dogs! Our dog died before she could really enjoy her back yard.
