My boyfriend and I were planning to have a vacation in the Venice area, so we’re looking for a place to stay. We stopped by their office to check on the available spaces we could rent. Met with the team, and all of them are friendly and know the area pretty well. We booked on the same day!
Horrible company. I spoke with Marie to try to get my apartment rented. I am still waiting for a call or email in regards. It's been over a week and she never returned my calls either. Stay away!
If I could leave 0 stars u better believe I would. This company does a crap job at managing property's, their communication skills are a 0, I would stay far away from them.
I would never recommend using this company! They trap you into there lease and then when you want to finish out your lease they remarket the property while taking your money. They are liars and thieves worst rental company by far I've had to deal with. We wanted to finish out our lease and move on we planned to have house cleaned. As soon as we were out they locked all the doors and changed the pass code lock. Like hello I just paid you $2500.00 and you lock us out??
