I would never recommend using this company! They trap you into there lease and then when you want to finish out your lease they remarket the property while taking your money. They are liars and thieves worst rental company by far I've had to deal with. We wanted to finish out our lease and move on we planned to have house cleaned. As soon as we were out they locked all the doors and changed the pass code lock. Like hello I just paid you $2500.00 and you lock us out?? When you need something you got to call multiple times to get a response and just get passed around . But when its something that will benefit them like lease renewal, oh you bet they respond within 5 minutes. 🤡
