I am very happy with the care I have received for my bunionectomy. The staff is warm and caring. Every visit they make you feel welcomed. They really treat every interaction with a personal touch. Dr. Jensen explains everything and answers your questions. He makes sure you understand everything they are going to do. He doesn't talk down to you like some doctors do. He called me and even left his cell phone number when we had to reschedule my surgery. He actually answered when I called him back.
Dr Shayne Jensen and his staff are truly amazing people to work with. I am a Veteran patient who needed bunion surgery along with a small tumor called Morton's neuroma. He removed both at the same time. His bedside manner reminds me of a really good Daddy, caring for his own child. I'm actually looking forward to getting the right foot done. Thank you Dr Shayne and those wonderful ladies who work with y'all to make our pain easier and personally, my quality of life and activities so much better. God Bless Shawn W
They really took the time to numb me up for both my ingrown toenail removal AND the surgery I had to remove it. I have had the opposite happen with other places. When there was a question about my reaction to a med that was prescribed, I got the blood work done and they called me and let me know it was safe to continue taking it. Communication is rare in some doctors. I really appreciated that. All in all I highly recommend them
We have. We. Coming to this group for more than a year and are so pleased with all the treatment. We happily come from Chipley and wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Jensen is great and his staff is phenomenal!💓
