took them 12 minutes to get a hold of somebody to book an appointment for my sick son. thats entirely to long to be on hold. they might want to get more than one person to answer the phones
I have been trying to call this clinic to make an appointment. I’ve been calling for the last hour and a half, and I cannot even get someone to answer the phone. We love Dr Cupp, but will have to go elsewhere. Thanks for forcing us to have no choice but to go to Urgent Care.
Called to make an appointment for my child and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and very condescending. There’s nothing like wanting to get help for your child and the person answering the phone making you feel like you’re a burden to their day rather than do their job and HELP!
