not great mia front desk was not helpful even though i had insurance which was covered by eye med she was not giving info that we were not covered we gave her our insurance card to check then when we went back with info showed her that we were covered she had no answer not going back to this place
I have always had a positive experience.
First time seeing Dr Edelbi and was so grateful for how helpful and kind she was. Her staff was great also! I was a few mins late for my appt and panicking but that didn’t seem to be an issue thankfully. I wish her office wasn’t inside of an Eyeglass World because I hate how pushy they can be for sales.. but overall very happy I found an optometrist I like!
Some random guy answered the phone like "hello", he didn't identify the business by name. I thought I had the wrong number. When I asked if I was calling an optometry, he said yes and placed me on hold for awhile. When I called back, he did the same thing. 😅😅😅
