The nurse staff is just plain rude especially LORI the doctor was amazing but I will not return due to the fact of how rude the staff is

So far I have pre paid my deductible from last year, with the off chance they charged me first for labor and delivery. They did not. So now I’m supposed to be “reimbursed” so that I can March the money to hospital. NOW I’m being told that they will hold my money hostage until they get a confirmation from my insurance company that my IUD from this year paid at 100%. Any doctor is good in that facility. I just don't reccomend Dr. Holly Summerlin...the rest of the physicians give superb care
