The establishment is very aesthetic, and they are very accommodating. However, on every visit, whilst in the midst of the esketamine therapy nearly beginning till end there's a nonstop sea of chatter, laughter, slamming doors, it can get too over stimulating, I wanted to leave, everytime, but you can't just leave because your under the influence of the spravato. NeuroSpa Gulfport has been one of the absolute best experiences with any health care facility that I have ever had the pleasure of using. The nursing staff is SO incredible! They truly care about their patients. They are kind and supportive consistently. We have also had some insurance issues and the administrative staff has gone above and beyond (Thank You Camille!) to help us resolve the things that we needed help with. Before coming to NueroSpa I was barely functioning.. suffering from severe depression / anxiety (Bipolar w/ PTSD) I did 2 full rounds of TMS treatments & my life has changed so much. Can never get anyone on the phone. This place was wonderful when I was a patient a few years back, but after five calls, two voicemails, and an online inquiry, I guess I will need to find a new doctor. It seems like you may have to know someone to get an appointment with this place nowadays.
