Reception for scheduling was incredibly rude and apathetic. She could not wait to get off the phone, only lasting under a minute.
The doctor is nice but seems a little disinterested when my husband is at his office. I have not gotten reminder calls because they said they tried. It wasn’t their fault they didn’t go through. I called on Monday and a tele-conference was set up for me (my husband has a non emergency problem) and I got no response. save your money spent 1000 dollars for him to refuse to see me as a patient. doctor ayman aboulela listens to his test not what his patients tell him. he tried to tell me to talk to a therapist didnt know you could treat an Enterococci (group d) infection with a therapist. save your money go some where else.
I am a new patient and have had no problem with the doctor or the staff. Everyone is personable and welcoming. I got great diet/life advice for my current health problem, scheduling is easy, and (so far) appointment times are spot on. I am happy so far.
Dr. A is a great doctor. He listens to your concerns without making you feel like you are wasting his time like a lot of doctor's do these days. I have been seeing him for over 5 years and have never had a bad experience.
