My first time going to this client I was referred by my doctor .The lady at front name Donna said the doctor office sent paperwork threw the mail saying arrive thirty minutes before your appointment .I didn't receive a paper in the mail.I got there at 2:15 which my appointment was at 2:00 most doctor's give you a fifteen grace period.She was very nice nasty with a attitude .She didn't even try to see if the doctor would take me.She cancel the appointment her self like she was a doctor didn't even care if I was in pain are no... read more

I have BCBS medical insurance, but no primary care. I called this office to try to schedule a doctor visit for my back pain to be examined and I was told I needed a referral. As a result, I have no one to give me a referral so there fore I was denied access to care or services. My insurance doesn't require me to have a primary care to get a consult to specialty care. Dr. Chen, if you read this you should fire your front staff, as you are losing valuable business because of them!!
