They were very responsive on what is going to be the hottest day of the year, and came out to work on my system within an hour and a half of the phone call. They quickly isolated what the problem was and had it fixed within 20 minutes. The prices are very reasonable, the technician was extremely courteous, and I highly recommend this company. Kevin was early on the job site, did a professional installation job - which required some handy work but it appears as if it all came together perfectly! Would recommend this company to everyone! I have had 4 different companies come out but ONLY Kevin found the problem and fixed it.

Our thermostat quit working out of the blue. Gulf Coast Heating and Cooling sent someone out the same day. Kevin was quick and efficient! We will use them again!
We will never use anyone else agian. They came out an hour after we called didn't charge and outrageous price for the service call. Fixed our air asap. Very fair on pricing to fix the problem. Went above and beyond to help us. Very nice guy! Most definitely #1 place on the coast to call for your heating and cooling problems. Kevin came out and was awesome. Explained everything he was doing and why it happens. Changed the capacitor and even put in a filter free of charge. Was here and finished in about an hour from the time we called. Our new go to ac guy.

I called Gulf Coast Heating and Cooling on a Saturday when my A/C went out. They were here in an hour and fixed it for me. I was afraid with me being a female they would try to raise the price of everything or say I needed more work on it than was actually needed. But Kevin was very professional. He took me outside, showed me what was wrong and fixed just that one issue and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Will be using them again. Thank you for getting my air back on for me!
