Had a great experience and was grateful to be able to find them to help repair vs replace. Had them out to replace several window panes and repair some mechanisms. From quoting, scheduling, to performing the work every one was kind, provided clear communication, picked up their work areas, excellent service all around.
I had broken a mirror in an antique piece of furniture. I stopped by Gulf Coast Glass on Monday morning, and explained what I needed. I gave the fellow the size and he said stop by this afternoon and I'll have it for you. I asked if he needed my name, phone number, or a deposit. He said "Nope, none of that." We shook hands. I stopped back by after lunch and it was ready. Great work, great price, and most importantly..... great customer service! I unreservedly recommend Gulf Coast Glass.
I was a witness at the interaction with Alice Harris in the above review and co-owner of the house and paid half the bill to this business . Alice only asked about them speaking because we were in another room with the dogs with the door closed to keep them out of the workers' way and she thought they might have a question so she went out to see. I have never been spoken to by a business person as rudely as at this firm. In two different phone calls, the woman yelled at me, suggested I lied, and would not believe me when I told her I had not heard from them about scheduling work that I had authorized by accepting their quote and paid in advance half the total price. I don't know how this business survives. I will never use this business again.
Had glass replaced in both of my sidelights at the entry door. Eveyone from Gulf Coast Glass was very nice and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone needing glass work.
