My experience with doctor gonzalez was great. He diagnosed and treated my problem with awesome results. Most of the negative reviews i read dealt with wait times. I was happy to be seen no matter the wait. And given the number of people that obviously have eye issues i think its more of a problem with enough doctors to handle the numbers. I felt my vision and the level of care was well worth the wait. My experience was very good. I thank doctor gonzalez and his staff. The old saying is good things come to those that wait.
This Eye Medical Office Is Excellent and Has Been Very Helpful To Me . They Have Wonderfull Eye Doctors and Staff . Dr . Barbara Montoya PA , San Juanita , Victoria , and Sara Are Excellent and Very Helpful . I Also Want To Give A Special Thank You To Dr . Noor Ul Ain Shekoh . Excellent Eye Doctor .
It's a solid place, the wait is long but thats almost every doctors office. Tech checked me fast and my doctors visit was quick and well informed. Overall it was a decent experience.
This dump doesn't even deserve one star. The clowns working here were just checking everyone in, failing to mention that there wasn't a doctor. She was in surgery. We were the first ones there and after an hour, I questioned them to find out what was the delay. These morons just looked at each other when they saw I was starting to get irritated. Unprofessional staff, unorganized, rude and she did not know what she was doing. The doctor we saw last time was great but this tech was clueless. Everyone waited over 3 hours and the “tech” with overfilled lips waltzed in with a brand new Starbucks drink, so she chose to make us wait even longer for her to get coffee after alleged “weather” delayed her flight.
