We wake up early on a Saturday to be at an appointment at 9am only to be left in a lobby for hours. Left and cancelled my appointment, absolutely ridiculous!
Very good service the doctors are very professional and relatable. I highly recommend this clinic. You might have to wait, but it’s worth it.
1. Very long waiting times up to 3 1/2 hours!!! 2. Cramped waiting room in worn out furniture (very uncomfortable) 3. Poor hygiene from practitioners and facility 4. Doctors don’t communicate/educate patients well on conditions or provide written information. I just hope practitioners are ethical and competent (we have no other alternatives locally!)
My experience with doctor gonzalez was great. He diagnosed and treated my problem with awesome results. Most of the negative reviews i read dealt with wait times. I was happy to be seen no matter the wait. And given the number of people that obviously have eye issues i think its more of a problem with enough doctors to handle the numbers. I felt my vision and the level of care was well worth the wait. My experience was very good. I thank doctor gonzalez and his staff. The old saying is good things come to those that wait.
