This Eye Medical Office Is Excellent and Has Been Very Helpful To Me . They Have Wonderfull Eye Doctors and Staff . Dr . Barbara Montoya PA , San Juanita , Victoria , and Sara Are Excellent and Very Helpful . I Also Want To Give A Special Thank You To Dr . Noor Ul Ain Shekoh . Excellent Eye Doctor .
It's a solid place, the wait is long but thats almost every doctors office. Tech checked me fast and my doctors visit was quick and well informed. Overall it was a decent experience.
This dump doesn't even deserve one star. The clowns working here were just checking everyone in, failing to mention that there wasn't a doctor. She was in surgery. We were the first ones there and after an hour, I questioned them to find out what was the delay. These morons just looked at each other when they saw I was starting to get irritated. Unprofessional staff, unorganized, rude and she did not know what she was doing. The doctor we saw last time was great but this tech was clueless. Everyone waited over 3 hours and the “tech” with overfilled lips waltzed in with a brand new Starbucks drink, so she chose to make us wait even longer for her to get coffee after alleged “weather” delayed her flight. Very bad organized, wait time is for ever. Bad just Bad, super long wait time, people standing cause they over schedule patients and they have no chairs for them all. And a big hassle just to get my prescription no no I'm going elsewhere. Don't recommend this facility. Don't know if it's the same as laredo eye institute but this is the address i came to.
