Very disappointed with my visit! Had to miss work several times to complete one root canal. They prolonged my root canal into 3 visits to ensure I paid on my payment. This will be my last trip!!!

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. My teeth cleaning felt kind of rushed. I was hoping they would clean them a little better. The dentist was qualified and knowledgeable, but the hygenists keep changing, seems like they always have someone new, either you get an experienced person who floats, or someone who seems fresh out of school. Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Yes, they gave me one when I asked Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? They examined them, but not very thoroughly

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
