I scheduled an appointment a week ahead. The receptionist took my email address to send me paperwork to fill out beforehand. Never got the email so I was going to come early to do it before the appointment. I went to leave at 10 for 10:50 appointment. My car wouldn’t start so I had to find a charger and drop cord and got it started so I got there at right at 10:50.
