I had a really good experience with my salesperson Reggie. He was more than willing to work with my husband and me to make it a satisfying experience. F&I was relatively painless. I was a bit put-off by my experience with the Service Department when I took delivery, so I'm a bit cautious in my dealings with them.
Jarrett took care of everything, was real easy, walked in did some paper work, he filled up my new truck with fuel and the one that I drove there, showed me how to use most things and I told him I would figure the rest out. still working on how to use some things but only have 700 miles on the beast after 6 weeks old.
Our sales person "Fernando" was very nice and dos everything that he could do in order for us to get what we wanted! Thanks'
