Since the purchase of Gulf Chrysler every thing has went down hill. Service department does not seem to care about customers. . I have purchased 3 vehicles from Gulf Chrysler. Loved the old ownership. They took care of my family very well. Not the new one. Will not buy another vehicle from them. Will not take my car for service there. Recommended the old ownership dozens of times. No recommendations for this one at all. !!!!!!! Had to give one star. Lowest I could go. No negative stars.

Poorest customer service I have ever experienced on both of the two times I tried them for service for my Jeep. If you have the option, I highly recommend Hill Kelly In Pensacola!!!!

Poor service....very expensive, not customer friendly. I was on vacation from Indiana. They charged me $61.00 more in labor for same fuel filters’ replacement that I’ve gotten at my dealership in Indiana. Also, had a new custom rim and new tire to be mounted and balanced. They charged me $2.00 tire disposal fee for a used tire that was not on the brand new rim.

Great place to buy a vehicle! John, David, Thomas and everyone that we came in contact with went out of their way to make us feel at home! We weren’t rushed or pressured or made to feel like we were just another customer. We were one of the family! Thanks to everyone. My son loves his new Ram truck!
