RecommendedI was taken to hospital back in 2010. Didn’t know it then but I was dying. Taken in to emergency room then admitted to ICU unit where I spent a few days unconscious and slowly came to. Everyone treated me incredibly nice. That year I spent more than 2/3 s of that year in hospital. I cannot say how well I was treated or how well they took care of my wife. They have a wonderful staff and work at being the best.

When I first used this urgent care facility 2 years ago, they were great & I was seen within 15 minutes. Today I came in for a “quick strep screen” I arrived at 11:10am and was told I’d have an hour wait. It has been almost 2 hours and I’ve become aware that one can make appts. Which I will do. I had no idea that an Urgent Care meant needing an appt. Although the people here with appts are waiting at least an hour too!
This is by FAR the WORST hospital I have ever stepped foot in. The staff is the rudest ever. I could hear the nurses talking about me out at the nurses station. My nurse Rob asked me why I even came there bc I didn’t belong there bc I’m from Mobile but was staying w my mom in PCola. The cardiologist told me I needed a whole team of doctors and that they had a had a great team of doctors there but they wouldn’t be my doctors bc I have Medicaid and didn’t belong at that hospital. RecommendedThe Pre-surgery department and Pre/Post department were amazing with my quickly added on surgery. I was constantly checked on and made very comfortable. It was a great experience all around!
