They were decent, but not very affordable

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Somewhat, it was kind of uncomfortable Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene

Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

I would NOT recommend Stone Creek Dental. I have never written a negative review about a business but I feel that the service was so bad that it is justified. I had to go back multiple times to have a very simple procedure done and now I have to go to another dentist and pay three times as much to get the problem fixed. The Dr. was not friendly; he acted very rushed and made me feel as though I was an inconvenience for him. I tried to speak with their office manager about the customer service and they never returned my phone... read more

Friendly, polite, and incredibly welcoming, although they have lost records and consistently make mistakes in filing insurance claims.
