This apartment has very rude staff. We are moving out and our last month’s rent should have been a prorated amount since we are moving out to on the 27th. We made sure to check with the staff THREE times that we were not going to be charged the full amount of rent. However, on the 1st of the month we were charged the full months rent which was about 200 dollars more. We called and spoke with Sylivia and Gene and they didn’t apologize or help us at all. They said it was our fault for not changing the price of the rent online.... read more
It is a nice place but you have to be careful with your car because all the surrounding cameras in parking lot do not work. I can go scratch you car, steal, kidnap, etc. and nobody will know who it was. Also the main gate do not work and it’s really unacceptable that us (tenants) gotta pay for maintenance and late fees if you don’t pay in time but meanwhile these things haven’t been fix since 8 month that I started living here.
This place sucks I hate it here the mangement needs to learn some manners
