Had an unsatisfactory experience with some details around financing. Store manager called, acknowledged and owned the situation, and took steps to correct the issue. Initially rated 2 stars with a lengthy post but updated to 4 stars. The store and staff have always been good and this recent interaction redeemed the location for me.
North Ft Worth store needs to teach it employees to stop standing around the front desk and sitting and playing guitar for their own enjoyment. Walk the floor. See if customers need anything. They lost a $900 sale and a gear card holder today. Stood and waited by an used amp that I was going to purchase for 25 minutes. Asked a guy that was running around with one customer for a cable. I have had a great experience at this location as well as Ft. Worth and Arlington as well as the new North Ft. Worth!
Just upgraded my review after a great visit to the store. Instead of all the employees gathered at the register, they were on the floor, asking everyone if they needed help. Which is a complete turnaround from my past visits. I was asked 3 times if they could help with anything. Aces guys, keep up the good work!
Went there today to look at and buy first guitar for teen daughter and set up lessons. We had lots of questions and knew very little. Gabriel spent a lot of time with us and a lot of effort to make sure she got something that would work for her and a good case that fits. First lesson in a few days but took advantage of open office hours tonight and she already knows two cords. Now my husband and I have the itch to get guitars and learn too. Thank you so much!
We the north Fort Worth store yesterday to pick up my girlfriend's guitar. We had left it there the day before for some repairs. Tristan had it back in top notch shape everything is working great on it now. While we were there yesterday John help her with the purchase of a new Ibanez guitar which she loves very much. Everyone in the store was very friend and very helpful. I would recommend this to everyone...........Phil Womack
