After being a customer since this store's opening day, spending more than double most people's annual income in this store, we are now treated like crap by the new manager and spoken to with a completely rude manner and talked down to. We will certainly be directing our constant business to local competitors music stores. Sweetwater is a best option rather than dealing with flat out ugliness.
I literally called up here and inquired about a guitar. I drove an hour and 45 minutes over here for them to shut the doors and not answer the phone, as I got out of my car. Shut the lights off and everything. I wasted time, money, and gas. Sitting in the parking lot trying to call the people that are obviously walking around inside and not answering the phone. Super pissed!

Shout out to Mr John in the repair center. He knew exactly what my daughter’s guitar needed to be fixed and got it done with a smile in less than 5 minutes You rock, Mr John!
I walked in the door and I was met by very rude people. Seem like they didn’t want my money and they didn’t want to attend to me. I do not recommend this chain of stores any longer! Rude! Rude! Rude!
A big shout out to Ft Worth Guitar Center on Tehama Ridge Parkway. I Bought a used Deluxe Reverb a week ago Saturday and had it 4 days later on Wednesday, the foot switch was missing I called them told them about it I had a foot switch 3 days later. Great store that follows up with the customer. Thanks!Pete
Good selection and always someone nearby to acknowledge and offer to help.
Help (or at least acknowledge) the customers in the store. After 23 minutes of my son and I being ignored and seeing one gentleman who came in AFTER me getting help we left. I see no reason to return as I am sure I can find a music store who would WANT to help me.
Not this.one.I walked in looking for stage-type lights. I didn't notice that section because none were on. "Right HERE! A WHOLE SECTION!" Was told to go to HomeDepot for floods! I went over anyway and he starts turning lights on. all the while showing me pars etc. I said I know i have 4 of them already from GC.
