These Docs go above and beyond. Always friendly and answers all questions without seeming to be in a rush! As for being overbooked? NO It is an OB office! If someone is about to delivery, they must leave the office...period! Sometimes it can turn into an emergency and they get stuck at hospital doing an emergency c-section but I would hope anyone old enough to see an OB would know this already. They have music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
