Did this OBGYN knock before entering the exam room? Yes How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They answered all of my questions and seemed to really know what they were talking about. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room. Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They were there for me when I was having problems conceiving. His FNP ms Liz LeBanc was amazing and they were very compassionate during that hard time. But once I finally conceived they all were just as happy as I was and I was always able to contact them for anything. Never had a problem getting appointments and being seen. Great!

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Was this OBGYN able to answer all of your obstetric or gynecological questions? Yes, they seemed very knowledgeable
