Guillen's Automotive is the Silver Spring mechanic I will be using from here on out-- after a dealership that sold me my used Toyota wasn't able to help me out with an A/C issue, Guillen's did a free diagnostic test, figured out the issue, & fixed the problem in 6 hours!! Work was done promptly and quickly and at a very good price.
Juan and Jose are great. They are knowledgeable, honest, and fast. They have worked on all three of our cars. An Audi, a BMW, and a Jeep Wrangler. They have done simple maintenance as well as bigger repairs. I highly recommend Guillien's Automotive.
The owner was polite and very knowledgeable Juan, quoted me a repair price as soon as the vehicle was brought in and checked. The issue was fixed by the next morning and the cost to repair was very reasonable. I will again use their services in the future for my BMW.
