In my opinion very professional. He takes his time in explaining the situation and gave me all the different options available to me. If I have a question he will answer it no matter how many times I have asked. Has an open door policy weather I'm in his office or at home. If I'm at home and something comes up or just have a question, I just email him or his office and they get back to me in about two hours the latest. He is great and lucky to be his patient.
