Outstanding experience at MCI. Genesis was super nice and help us with every step before the visit. The nurse navigator, Dr. Rabinowitz, Dr. Young and Dr. Kalman were excellent professionals who explained every detail to my mom. We felt very comfortable and confident that MCI is the right place to take care of her. We are really grateful to all of them. Thank you so much!!!

In my opinion very professional. He takes his time in explaining the situation and gave me all the different options available to me. If I have a question he will answer it no matter how many times I have asked. Has an open door policy weather I'm in his office or at home. If I'm at home and something comes up or just have a question, I just email him or his office and they get back to me in about two hours the latest. He is great and lucky to be his patient.
