The phone AP was a little cumbersome. Had to sign back into the call before and after connecting. Before the call the mic check went to another page and would not go back to the call page. Lost the sound on my end. Did not get to finish the visual explanation of the last CT due to loss of connection. We finished the visit on our "land lines". Dr Agnoletto as always gets 5 stars, for his compassion and attention to details. Phone Ap gets 3 stars. Zoom seems to have a more reliable user friendly program.

Excellent at describing conditions, and detailing the procedure needed and why.
Was not here but called on the phone for test results from mri a week earlier due to the reading Dr not reading for 8 days. Within 3 hrs I had results. Thanks to Dr Agnoletto staff job well done. 10 Stars
