I brought my daughter in today because she had an ear ache. They were very nice and worked in a timely manner considering they had alot of people in the waiting room.
My poor rating is for the physician I saw, Dr. Haddad. The support staff was wonderful, but my experience with Dr. Haddad was another story. I went for severe back pain, but he began the appointment by belittling me and my fibromyalgia (for which I was not there.) I do not appreciate being told by a supposed medical professional that he does not believe in fibromyalgia and that my symptoms are due to depression. I've always came to see Dr Haadad when I'm sick to get his magic feel better shots! The staff are always great & professional!
So far its been a really good place. They always know what is best for me and and whats wrong. Anytime something is wrong its always my first choice. Its Awesome.:-)

I've been to this clinic before and recently used them for a busted knee that was killing me!! All of the staff are so caring and professional that it gives you a comforting feeling the minute you walk, [or drag] up to the reception desk. The Doctor was very thorough, answered all my questions and made me feel confident that everything would be ok and it was. Took my son in. Was in and out in 20 minutes everyone was very nice
I took my mother in after a fall. She had a cracked foot and torn tendons. Because my father was at home, I had to return and bring him back to the office with me. The xray machine was not working, so they had to repair it before checking Mother's foot. We were there for several hours, but everyone was super nice and welcoming to all of us. Both of the doctors we saw were very personable and open for our questions and comments. Todd, the one who took care of Mother, went above and beyond! So glad GIC is in our community!
I had my first visit with the Guilford Immediate care yesterday in Gainesville, Ga. Everyone was polite and quite friendly. It took approximately 5 minutes to fill out the paper work and with in ten minutes I was in a room waiting to see Dr. Haddad. Dr. Haddad has a wonderful "bedside manner" and quickly diagnosed my problem. I highly recommend Guilford Immediate Care to everyone!!! Ray Wilson
