Dr. Souccar - zero empathy, seems money driven. I was told she’s not a specialist from a different staff member but that she “takes an interest in eyes”. Then Dr. Souccar tried to tell me she was a specialist? Not sure but I won’t be returning. Lack of communication all around with this one. Dr. Woodward - five stars, did not charge a recheck fee, made accommodations to help us (make the drive to her Stouffville practice, if possible).
Extremely happy with the service I received at this clinic. From Dr. Woodward to the entire staff - they were caring, professional, extremely helpful and patient with me. They accommodated my dog and his extreme eye concerns quickly and patiently. I cannot put into words how confident they made me feel with their abilities and bedside manner. I will be going back for the surgery my dog will likely need, as well as any other veterinary concerns I and my family require. Thank you guys again so very very much! Xo
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this vet clinic. They’ve been with me through every stage — first with my beloved childhood dog, and now with my first dog as an adult. There is truly no team more patient, kind, and considerate. Every visit, I feel completely heard and supported, and I know without a doubt my dog is genuinely cared for.
