Simon was a pleasure to deal with. I called him 2 years ago to inspect my roof as I was concerned about a section of it. At that time, I asked him how much life was left in the shingles, and he said 1-2 years. 2 years later, I texted Simon who responded immediately and he sent one of his guys to measure the roof. Simon's quote was not too high but not too low, included upgraded GAF shingles in hickory (Simon's recommendation), new vents (2 were larger), ice & rain shield on lower sections, new metal valleys, applying caulk t... read more
A very good transaction. Prices not too high, and just as important not too low. Did everything in the contract, new steel, sub-membraine, professional, enough manpower, good clean-up, on time (of course weather is always a factor), good communication, Simon easy to get hold of.
