Simon was a pleasure to deal with. I called him 2 years ago to inspect my roof as I was concerned about a section of it. At that time, I asked him how much life was left in the shingles, and he said 1-2 years. 2 years later, I texted Simon who responded immediately and he sent one of his guys to measure the roof. A very good transaction. Prices not too high, and just as important not too low. Did everything in the contract, new steel, sub-membraine, professional, enough manpower, good clean-up, on time (of course weather is always a factor), good communication, Simon easy to get hold of. Simon and his team replaced our shingles, facia, soffits, eaves and downspouts. We received quotes from several other roofing and sheet metal contractors in the area and none were as competitive with Guildwood Roofing (GR). They were efficient (2 days) did a fantastic job and when finished did not leave a mess, not to mention great customer service skills as well. Our neighbors have also used GR, some even multiple times. We highly recommend working with Simon for all your roofing needs.
