Very friendly environment. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.My doctor Ozma Syeda is very Sweet, Helpful & Great Doctor. She always refered me to the best specialist whenever i need.I am very happy to havd her as my family doctor.
I would highly recommend! I'm not sure what happened with those that have left negative reviews, but I have never really had issues with this clinic - and I'd been to MANY different ones before settling here. Dr. Bala is one of the best doctors I've ever had (my whole family sees her now). She truly listens to my issues, doesn't hesitate to send referrals or give off a dismissive attitude, and gives excellent and honest medical advice. I have also never had an issue with the staff. Website says walk in. Wasted my time driving there just for them to tell me they don’t do walk in’s.
I had an amazing family doctor years ago and was so sad to hear that she was leaving. I didn’t think it’d be possible to get someone as good but I was wrong! Dr. Bala cared for me for about 3 years and she has been such a blessing. She was so caring and patient with me. I never felt rushed by her but I end up rushing myself because that’s how the other doctors have been with me. The front desk are helpful at times… depending who I get. Thankful they return phone calls for the most part!
Scrolling through these Google Maps reviews is like stumbling into a comedy roast hosted by grumpy keyboard warriors with too much time on their hands. The negative ones? Pure fiction, spun by folks who think “misinformation” is a personality trait. “Doc smiled too much, one star!” Really, Karen?
