I have been a long time customer of the IDA) in Guildwood… Always supporting my local community has been important to me over the years.. Jeff and his always willing to help very friendly staff… aim to please ….they know most of their customers by their name… which you don’t get at the other larger pharmacies… you feel welcome on entering … my questions are always answered with the great thought and consideration to my situation …thank you to all the staff at the Guildwood IDA …

I had to pick up my moms meds a couple weeks ago. The guy I was dealing with looked like he just woke up. Not sure if its a manager or pharmacist but was very rude! The place is horrendous. It smells and everything in there needs to be replaced. Just saying...my mom is going to find another pharmacy!

Mr. Mok wrote an article with the Toronto Star bashing Sick Kids on News Year Eve. You would think another health care provider should have a shred of gratitude for other health care servants serving his son during the holidays. Not only does Mr. Mok not mention a single thanks to the health care team who work around the clock saving his son in the article, Mr. Mok describes his son's room is "small and jammed". Maybe I guess Mr. Mok's son should deserve a penthouse suite so his son can run around and continue making his bra... read more
