It seems like the building management and support for tenants here are almost non-existent. Doctors here don't get any support and they tend to complain and nothing is done to help them. Parking is so expensive and i am reluctant to go there. The rate is getting higher and they don't even provide any free parking for their own customers. Their building or offices are getting old and do not even try to rent here if you are not thinking of doing all the renovations by yourself. DO NOT go here if you have mobility issues!! The elevator has been out of service for quite some time and today, Oct. 15/24 it’s still out of service. Made my appointment for my elderly uncle a couple of weeks ago at Westcoast Imaging. I was not notified of the elevator out of service. Westcoast Imaging is in the basement and only accessible by stairs at this time!! Shame on you. (Guildford Health Centre) for allowing this to happen, given we are in the 21st Century! AND in a medical building!!! UNACCEPTABLE.
