RecommendedWe made the right choice when we decided to transfer Loki's care to Guildford Animal Hospital last year. We always received excellent service with every visit to the clinic~ whether it is for Loki's Vet visit or just dropping by to buy his food. I love this place! Our two fur babies have always gotten the best care and the professionalism and service is great. The staff are always so polite! Recommend them for everyone!
The staff were friendly and great with my dog. We have received outstanding service. ( Someone created a profile with my name on it to slander this clinic. That review could not be farther from the truth. I would recommend this clinic to anybody.)

The team at Guildford Animal Hospital have been absolutely incredible. Caring for our two dogs - Puck & Jackson - they have shown incredible attentiveness, kindness, and love for our dogs. Jackson, our rescue dog, has had serious fear issues with vets. They’ve been absolutely amazing with him. We’re going to miss the team as we make our move to the Kootenays. ❤️❤️ Thank you for all you’ve done for us!!!
Dr. Kadi and Vet Assistant Kayla are simply amazing. My dog has always been aggressive at the vet but these wonderful ladies have taken the time to get to know her and make visits to the vet a happy and positive experience. I am one very grateful dog mom and will recommend this animal hospital to everyone!

I have been taking both my elderly dogs to this location for about a year now. I had a scare regarding my male going blind due to him recently becoming diabetic. I called very concerned and got zero compassion or empathy from the staff member. They basically told me to take him to emerg clinic because they couldn't "fit him in". Many times I had appointment and was asked to change due to an emerg client needing to come and accommodated this no questions but they don't return the favor. You are one of only a few clients that have been asked to leave our hospital in our over 5 years of ownership. We have a zero tolerance policy towards your rude behaviours. Dr. Cathy is so kind and truly cares and loves her patients. We went to other vets in the Surrey area before, and none even came close. Dr. Cathy takes the time to explain and answer all your questions. She is also very passionate and has the best people skills-She is so genuine, honest and has a heart of gold. Amazing service! From the moment I called in a panic about my cat being hit by a car, I was treated with respect and kindness. Dr. Cathy was so caring, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Quick diagnosis, gave us surgery options and explained things clearly. Saved our sweet Less. All staff are professional and helpful. Thank you.
