They refused to see my sick cat because they were booked with a few dental patients. How can you trust and feel safe with a clinic that rejects you when you need them most ! The vet tech quickly gave me names of other clinics instead. I feel they have no sympathy for a worried sick owner… or they just really wanted to get rid of my cat as a patient because I had an issue with communication a few months ago when they bounced me around when I was asking for information.
