It was my first time at Guild Tavern. I ordered the Valentine's Day Scallop Dinner special during a 4:30 pm reservation. My dish arrived with 5 seared bay scallops, parsnip puree and roasted brussel sprouts. The scallops were WAY over cooked on one side and not seared at all on the other. I needed a knife to cut it, that is how tough it was. I asked the server if the kitchen could re-fire my scallops with a light sear only. the food was exquisite and the service exemplary
We eat beef less often now but when we do, they serve the best and cooked to perfection. Great wine list too.
