We have always been treated exceptionally well, always in the loop of the process. Melissa and her team were always very helpful. Melissa actually responded on our initial request while she was on vacation, we set an appointment upon her return. Her flight was delayed, and she kept us informed of her delay in advance and we simply rescheduled. Communication is always key and Guild Mortgage is on top of that!!!
