Guild mortgage has great communication and a dedicated staff to get your mortgage on the best possible terms. Our loan officer was Gelda, she helped us with our mortgage to get our loan even with these higher interest rates to something we could reasonably work with. I would definitely recommend working with Guild Mortgage and Gelda.
