Great experience. As a business owner, our situation was more challenging. Ron Shaw did a great job finding creative options to fund our loan, and his regular follow-ups were fantastic. His team of assistants(Cheryl, Kim, etc) did what needed to be done on time, and we closed even earlier than expected. If you are looking for someone who will tell you what you can do instead of what you can't do, call Guild and ask for Ron.
