I gotta take a minute to tell you how great the Gifford Team is at Guild Mortgage in Reno. We did our initial mortgage and our first re-fi with them and they were more than easy to work with. However, it's our current re-finance that they showed just how awesome they are. Even though they weren't able to match a competing offer, they still spent time with me, providing consulting and reviewing my offers from other banks. Who does this?
